I ordered this machine for myself and taught myself to sew. I love the machine and told my sister in law about it and she ordered one. I then bought one in October for a Christmas gift for my daughter. Straight away out of the box the machine did not work. Even though the machine was brand new it was past the return date. Ever since 12/27/17 the machine has been sitting at the service center waiting for parts. I’m about to buy her a new one at a store and throw the old one away as i want my daughter to have her gift. Waste of money would never buy another one on line.
