I was one of the early adopters of this tablet, and was quite excited while waiting for the final product to be shipped. Paid and waited 8 months prior to release. Hardware: - The casing seemed sturdy, but as I shifted the tablet from one side to the other, I could hear a big clunk noise - as if the 'internals' were loose inside. Yet the tablet continued t work. - The pen response was not quite as fast as they advertise. There is the typical pen to visible text delay, but not a big deal to deal with, - The folio case was nice and looked slick. - The display was terrible. As you browsed through options, you would see a shadow of the existing page being under-layered as a shadow to the current window. Got annoying. Software: - The overall experience is pretty responsive and neat. - Navigation is super confusing and takes some getting used to - Fairly quick, but does get laggy at times - Wasn't able to detect a few WiFi networks, and I couldn't figure out why it would work on some but not other networks. Customer Service: After giving this device a try, and really wanting to like it, I decided it's not worth the price. I reached out to their customer service for a refund, but had a ton of trouble getting a response. When I did, it was canned and seemed like a copy pasted responses without really reading my concern. This lead me to request a refund which went ignored for weeks until I contacted my credit card company and opened a dispute. Once Amex got involved, I started getting responses to my refund request, but too little too late. Overall: I really really really wanted to like this device and adopt it into my daily use, but the lack of product maturity, complex navigation and the shortfall of pen responsiveness forced me to return the product and continue using my iPad for now.
