This very expensive text reader did not work for me at all! Constant read errors. Mispronounced words. Did not always acknowledge punctuation. Skipped text. Could not read columns correctly - started in the middle column, last column and then first column. If there was a picture or text box in the page, this really confused the device. Very difficult to follow and understand. This device had many Utube videos with positive reviews, which is why I purchased this, but in my opinion these reviews are deceiving. I bought this device for my mom who is losing her eyesight and thought this would allow her to “read” books, magazines, newspapers and restaurant menus. Total disappointment
