I had this Philips Sonicare C2 toothbrush not longer than about 5 months and it's already showing defects :'( i took this toothbrush with me in a carrier recently on a trip and since then it's making this weird noise as captured in the video. Something inside got broken. I am so disappointed and feel frustrated as I really liked this product. I was using it for the first time and it won't last 5 months. I hope the seller will contact me and help me with customer service. I don't want to buy a new one. Help me get this fixed
