After finishing the last drop of Pureology Hydrate Sheer Conditioner purchased from another vendor, I began to use the same product from this vendor. I noticed when it arrived that the packaging was different than the Pureology Hydrate products sold in salons (bottle was a different color). I didn't think much of it because the scent was still the same. However, when I began to use the product, it appeared to be quite watered down (I know, because I have done this myself to "stretch" this expensive product!). Two weeks later when I went to my hair salon, I asked my stylist if I could try her Pureology product, and sure enough, it was the thick formula that I have used for over 10 years. The product I purchased is passable, but clearly nowhere near the quality of authentic Pureology product. I don't know who the vendor is, but if you want to be sure that you have an authentic Pureology product, I recommend purchasing from their website. For the record, I am a longtime Amazon customer and this is the first review I've written.
