I didn't realize until after I purchased this that there was a promotional model KitchenAid makes specifically to put on sale for Black Friday deals on other sales that make it appear to be deeply discounted. Instead, this is a cheaply made model that is significantly lower quality. It struggles to make dough, which is the primary reason I bought it, and it is much louder than any other mixer I have used. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.
