Unfortunately I didn’t like this sugar free alternative to maple syrup. The consistency was very thin. It was very sweet and had that stevia after taste. I’m actually surprised and bummed because Pyure sugar (the Erythritol/ stevia blend) is one of my favorite sugars. I don’t like straight stevia. I also purchased choc zero and Joseph’s maple syrups. Joseph’s was by far my favorite. Thick consistency and excellent flavor. Choc zero was ok but wouldn’t purchase it again. Hope this helps.
