I can't give 0 stars or I would. The most expensive paper weight I have ever purchased! The evap cooler appeared to be in great shape when delivered an hour ago. I installed the wheels, filled reservoir with water, plugged it in, and turned it on according to the included manual.... NO AIR FLOW!!! I did what I do and started trouble shooting. Why isn't the fan blade blowing cool air? Because THERE WAS NEVER A FAN MOTOR AND FAN BLADE INSTALLED!!!!! Everything else appeared to work. I will never purchase a thing from this company again and advise anybody reading this not to support a company who obviously doesn't have a quality control department and check it's functionality before selling this trash for hundreds of dollars.
