After simply following the instructions on the box to the letter, I came back to my microwave after 7 minutes to find the ‘angry mama’ was indeed angry... she was on fire. During the 7 minutes, I first smelled vintages, and after a while, I could smell plastic burning. Very disappointed about this and have toxic plastic fumes that blew through my house and my microwave is worse that it was before. Not sure if yo just get a refund or to file a small claim. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this unless you have an extra microwave that you don’t care about and you don’t mind breathing toxic fumes.
