The first product I've owned from them was a vi49 keyboard controller and when I needed support they were never there to answer my calls or call back. I eventually got a solution to my problem by doing my own research but I first ordered the regular nitro kit without the mesh heads and the hi hat control pedal was defective. I tried contacting Alesis support through numerous e mails and calls but I never got a response from the e mails. When someone finally answered my call tech support told me they would have to call me back. That is the last time I heard from them. It's sad to see that now the products I have work great but have had so many issues with them. once the issue are fixed they work great but without any reliable sorry from Alesis the experience is horrible. This is why I am giving this product a 2 start review.
