I purchased this unit last spring. I have Asthma and allergies. The unit arrived promptly and in good working order. But after 2 months the sensor light turned to red. I did the normal cleaning of the sensor. I finally called the company and they stated they would send me a new machine and they did..within 2 or 3 months I was calling them back. I was informed the lot of sensors were defective. They sent me a new sensor with instructions on how to change the sensor. After a couple months with the new sensor it went red again. I contacted Medaire again. I was informed the machine good but not the sensors. This was at Thanksgiving time. I received an email that 2 sensors were on the way. The new sensor was replaced in December 2019. Today January 28th. My replaced sensor is on green half the time and red the rest! What do I do with a defective machine? I need a new machine! But won’t get another from Medify MA 40
