I sent mine back after 2 or 3 months, 18 month warranty. I charge AW protected 18650, 18500, 18350, 14500's I used it every other day and always unplugged it after each use. Smelled something hot and the side had a small soft spot (MELTING) I took a close up picture and sent it to Amazon and I got a refund. Maybe one out of a thousand but that's one to many for me. ~~~ Never leave them unattended!~~~ Oh and check your insurance policy as well. PS: Please don't delete this post, People need to know what the dangers are.
