Item arrived missing 3 of the 4 bolts needed for assembling the two cross base pieces together. The manufacturer gave me a bunch of runaround over the course of an entire week, and finally told me they would not send the missing bolts. So I apparently have to buy them myself. I sure hope I don't need any warranty support if this is any indication of how they treat their customers.
