So we've just moved into our new house and I wanted to replace the old fixed shower head with a hand-held one. But I knew the problem with the hand-helds is decreased water pressure and I liked the water pressure from the fixed head so I was really happy to find this combo shower head system. BUT when I got it and installed it it was all loose and swivel-ly and I couldn't get it to attach properly so I contacted Ana Bath and this is what the response was ... "First of all, we sincerely apologize for the defected diverter. To be honest, about 1 out of 200 customers has the same problem you have. We have already passed this issue to our engineers and they are now working on the molds in order to make sure the diverter is 100% non-defected." OK I was happy with their honesty but when I went to return it they still charged me a 20% handling/restocking fee --- ON A PRODUCT THEY KNEW WAS DEFECTIVE! I'm very disappointed that Ana Bath sells products on Amazon that they know are defective and then penalize you for returning that defective product -- That's just dishonest.
