I wish I would have read more reviews before purchasing. Like many others, I had severe breakouts because of this product. I also realized that the capsules contain "carrageenan", which is not digestible and is destructive to the digestive system. It triggers an immune response in your body and causes inflammation. It's been linked to gastrointestinal disease in lab animals, including ulcerative colitis, intestinal lesions, and colon cancer. Shame on you Sports Research for knowingly putting such a dangerous ingredient in your products! Also, keep in mind that many of these 5 star reviews were solicited by the offering of a free bottle of product. Sports Research has lost my business.
