SCAM
The massage pad works fine. Inside your manual you get in the instructions is a card that says you can receive a shoulder massager for only $.99 you just have to follow the instructions. So it made me like the page on Facebook, join a group on Facebook, and write a good review on amazon about the Back massager, and then screenshot the review and send it to them and they would send you the shoulder massager. IT'S ALL LIES. All the did was waste my time. Product is ok, but I would not personally buy it again.
