Bought this for my home business. Love the first few prints, came out great! Then after a few months it stop printing things out great, the prints were failing. I contacted Flashforge and they were unhelpful. Complication was poor, they would not recognize warranty because they said Amazon is not part of there authored seller list, so I had to pay for the replacement parts myself. The parts took over a month to arrive, and my printer still doesn't work. Don't buy this printer, or any printer from Flashforge.
