I wanted to give this product 5 stars because I thought I was doing something good by taking it. However, I realized that there is only 40 grams of algal oil (= 40 ml) in a 200 ml bottle of oil. That means there might be 160 ml of sunflower oil which is incredibly high in omega-6 and can offsets the benefits of Omega-3s (Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio is what is important.) What the heck?! I'm very upset because I bought two of these and my omega status actually went down, and I thought maybe I just had too many omega-6s. I didn't know I was getting them from this. What does the company have to say about this? If they switch the oils I'd change this, but this is just ridiculous.
