Honestly I wanted to LOVE this product. Everything about it was amazing. Resourceful, green-living, economical, smart....however, it just does not get the job done. The main flaw is that there are no absorbing properties so not only do you not feel satisfied while cleaning your ears, you remain moist and not entirely clean. I tested it for over a week. Used it after every shower and truly had high hopes. After a week, knowing that I just did not feel it was accomplishing the job it needed, I used it and followed up with a standard cotton tipped q-tip and to my horror it looked like I had not cleaned my ears in a week. I went through 4 q-tips, 2 in each ear to fully clean and once completed, I felt clean and dry. This is a smart product and truly innovative—but I ask to rethink the head of the tip and how we can accomplish a reusable, washable, moisture absorbing tip.
