Check out the supplement facts with your multivitamin before purchasing.
I've used three jars of this product(purchased 4 jars at a reduced cost per jar). I haven't noticed any change. I'm 74 years old and in good health. I finally checked the supplement facts today with Kirkland Mature Multi Vitamins and Minerals and found that the Kirkland brand had essentially the same amount per serving plus more.
