It was not too hard to assemble, just has an extensive list of things you need to do (took me around 1 hour). However my top metal table came dented and defective (as shown in the picture). I've contacted customer service (May 13). Will certainly update my review if they can quickly ship me a new top table. Let's see... Updates: May 13, 2020: contacted customer support by email and website form May 15, 2020: tried calling them, they told me to "send an email" with proof of purchase May 16, 2020: no response from either email... You can buy stuff from Amazon with 2-day shipping, which is great. But you can't get an email response from the Ketler company after 4 days... May 17, 2020: called Ketter again. Customer support said their email "is not working", and messages "get deleted and disappear". But this time he took my order of the damaged part through the phone (got my address, name, etc.). June 4, 2020: still waiting for the part.... July 2, 2020: nothing... looks like I got fooled by this company. April 21, 2021: Had to add the year. In case you're wondering, they didn't send me anything. Tried sending a bunch of emails, no response. Summary is, if you are ok with possible dents go for it. Otherwise buy something else.
