Don't bother.
I can’t speak for the entirety of the book, because I only read the intro before losing the will to continue. Her colloquialisms quickly grew tiresome. And, for all her self-serving ranting about how historians should be neutral, she seems WAY too impassioned for me to believe that she’s truly impartial to the subject. I lost it when she quoted a famous historian and the footnote took me to Hillary Clinton’s book What Happened. Reminded me of The Office episode when Michael writes on the white board, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” – Wayne Gretsky [Michael Scott]. In short, would not recommend.
