1) (IF YOU SORT REVIEWS BY MOST RECENT, Amazon does some kind of random sampling of reviews). You will see that pretty much everyone has an issue with the tension screw being frozen. This makes the monitor face the ceiling. 2) I put in a request to get a replacement, that too came defective and stuck facing the ceiling. You would think the # of reviews, and the # of returns/replacements would hint to Amazon Basics that there is a problem with their quality control. 3) The Instructions are GARBAGE. They are not useful whatsoever, I watched a youtube video to see the quick way of setting it up.
