Dear Bounty, Enclosed please find the UPC code for the last 8-pack of Bounty Paper Towels I recently purchased. (It reads: 0 37000 88211 4). Apparently, Bounty has recently changed its product. Please be aware that the cheaper product is not being well received by your loyal customers. Bounty has been my exclusive paper towel choice for virtually my entire adult life. The towels were thick, cloth-like, more absorbant, and always tore along the perferations. If I had scrubbing, Bounty held up. If the job was big, Bounty could be rinsed out and used continuously. Yes, I expected to pay more for every roll. But I appreciated the extra value of a superior product. The “new” Bounty is indistinguishable from any cheap paper towel on the market. The first roll did not tear on the perforations, and did not hold up. Since Bounty is now just like all the other inferior paper towels on the market, why should I continue to pay a premium price for Bounty, rather than simply shop for the lowest price? The changes to the Bounty product have been noticed. I am no longer a happy Bounty customer. Philip
