I was so disappointed since this product had so many good reviews. I have no idea why any one would give this a positive review! The thermometer was consistently 1-2 degrees low. The manufacturer provided instructions to re-calibrate, but that made it worse, iproven sent a replacement which was also consistently low by 1-2 degrees. So it too is in the trash! More landfill with junk! I give their customer support high marks for trying to make things right but they have a poor product. The thermometer is as fast as claimed, but speed without accuracy is a bad trade-off. I have another thermometer that is just as fast but more accurate- ADC 418. So I ordered the newer version Adtemp 418N, and it is even faster than iproven, and is accurate within a half degree. I am very happy with that.
