I guess I can't complain. It does fit an 18inch mattress, and it is good quality. The bottom is textured to hold the cover in place, and does so well. The top is very soft and it seems to be put together well. The reason for my 2 star rating is the seller has it labeled as "mattress pad" it is not. It is a mattress cover. I do not need a cover, I needed something with just enough padding to make my bed a little softer, I would have been satisfied with even an inch of cushion as my bed is just barely too firm for me. However, this has absolutely not cushion. It is the equivalent of have 2 extra sheet on my bed instead of a thin cushion. I haven't decided if it's worth fitting back in the small box, and me making another trip back to ups to return it. But it is definitely a huge waste of $50. I recommend this if you're looking for a basic, simple bed cover. Do not expect any kind of cushion.
