As far as the towels themselves, these are definitely 5-star towels for sure. I have had these for a year and they have held up great. They wash well, are extremely absorbent, and are soft. However, these are advertised as being GOTS certified 100% organic cotton. If you look up this company, Pinzon, on the GOTS database, they are NOT registered anywhere on the GOTS database. If the seller would like to comment below and provide their GOTS certification number, I will look it up on the database. If their company is truly verified organic cotton, I will immediately edit and change my review to 5 stars. I am more than happy to do this, but I first need proof that this is organic cotton. Everyone should realize that the GOTS database is public information. I highly encourage anyone to look a product up on the database before purchasing. Many products are advertised as being GOTS certified that are not. In the meantime, until there is proof that the towels are indeed GOTS certified, this product gets 1-star.... 5-stars for the towel quality. 0-stars for claiming to be GOTS certified organic.
