I wanted to love this. I was hoping it would shorten my straightening time and give my hair more shine and less damage and it was such a disappointment. Even though my hair was conditioned and very thoroughly brushed it pulled my hair out. And I mean pulled it out from the root. I lost so much hair I was in shock. I've had hair breakage from hot tools but I've never had something that completely pulls my hair out. I tried many different ways to get better, different results and nothing would work so I had to return it. It's so rare when I return something because I do a lot of research and consider myself a cautious, informed consumer so this was kind of a shocker for me.
