I really wanted to like this air mattress and did at first. We bought this on 1-26-20 and loved it, it inflates easily and completely and deflates the same. It's comfortable and we used it three times for guests, all of which were well under the weight limit... Soooo, we went to inflate it a few weeks ago for another guest and it inflated well but then wouldn't stay inflated, tried numerous times to re-inflate only to have it lose air within an hour so obviously has a leak. Of course, it was beyond the return limit so I tried asking Amazon customer service for the manufacturers website or info to discuss before leaving negative feedback but no reply so had no choice but to warn others that if you plan to use this more than once or twice a month, you may want to spend up and get a better quality one...and I'm open to suggestions...thanks! :)
