The wheel broke after a few short months (see attached photo), and I kept finding loose threads in the luggage. The warranty is very problematic - either ship it yourself (at your own expense), or find a store that will ship it for you (not so common - might be hours away). And even then, it can take many weeks for them to return it. I expected a much better quality from the Samsonite brand name.
