I bought this 2 years ago and it has worked great on everything, up until a month ago when I put it on a 1500watt floor heater to see how much it would cost me to heat up my office instead of running the boiler in my basement. Unfortunately it melted somehow and now doesn't work at all. So I'm not sure why it's cooked because it says it can handle 1850watts which is more than 1500watts... so I think they misprinted their specs. A year ago I would have said 5 starts but now I would say 2 stars because it can't do what they said it could.
