Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

These shorts used to have an excellent chamois (see photo) but PI changed it to a new material. They didn't change the product branding so all these wonderful reviews (from before 2018) will actually reflect the old product. The new chamois is super annoying. It's soft but has a terrible fit, no conformity whatsoever. It looks and feels like you are wearing a diaper. Worse is the riding performance. Because the poor fit, they slip down over time. You have to pull them up constantly. Finally, you will catch them on the seat whenever you go to sit down (such as taking off from a stop light). Until PI brings back the appropriate chamois, these shorts should be avoided.
