I've been using anker products for over 8 years and I was super excited to purchase a LiFePo4 battery because they've been my go to product for every battery and phone cord. However, after less than 3 months of use, this product has just started causing issues. After a full discharged, I went in recharge the product. The moment I plugged it into the wall - instead of being 0% and charging- it had stated the battery was 100% and fully charged. There is a little "reset" button on the back. I was hoping resetting the device would solve the issue- it did not. Since it's past the exchange window, I just left it alone. I'm honestly very disappointed- but my loyalty with Anker will remain strong. Being a fan and using nothing but anker for 8 years, I will let this pass as a one-in-a-million chance fluke.
