This machine is deplorably designed. The video attached to the ad says it can handle bread and other stiff doughs. That is false advertising. My first use was today and I tried to make one loaf of bread. The dough went up under the blade, down the cylinder, and all over the base the mixing bowl is locked onto. The machine was hot. It cooked the dough under the blade so that it looked like a noodle and packed so tightly it’s impossible to remove by any method I could think of.
