I bought this Tv from amazon on Aug. 20, 2020. On Oct. 5, the sound completely went dead. I did a factory reset, the sound came back but cut off again 10 minutes into watching Netflix. This has happened on all the input sources I have tried it on. The sound will cut off every 10 minutes, you will have to then unplug the tv, wait 2 minutes and turn it on again. 10 minutes in, the sound will cut off again. You would have to do this at least 5 times to watch one movie. Amazon told me they are not responsible and said that they will not help. I am trying to get hold of TCL Support. Do not buy this tv and do not buy it from Amazon. You are on your own, once the tv is in your hands.
