The ones I received didn't come with the griddle.
They are confused and assuming. I ordered the one with griddle included. When I opened the box, there was no griddle. I had to threaten taking them to a small-claim court before giving me the RMA to return it. So, after a few days, I received the box that supposedly includes the griddle. No, it didn't have the griddle. After 3 days Fed Ex delivered a small box. Inside is the griddle. These people may be so busy fulfilling orders and they just ship the ones with no griddle and send it later by surprised without any notifications. The unit is great, but very much under power. It takes at least 2 hours to grill 12 chicken wings at max power. This is more of a conversational piece.
