I've used the Gundry MD Vital Reds formula and bought this one thinking it may be the same thing for a better price. However, this one tastes a lot worse and requires refrigeration, so I can't take it with me wherever I go, unlike the Vital Reds. I liked the price and I'm sure there's still a lot of healthy stuff packed in there, but it felt dramatically different. I felt kind of sick after taking it the first time - not sure if that was because of it's effect on my body or the taste - or maybe something else I ate that day, but it was odd how I felt after using the product. The probiotics worked effectively but seemed TOO dramatic, whereas in comparison to the Vital Reds, it seemed like a more natural, gradual cleanse. Also, I noticed that the bottle doesn't say that it has polyphenols in it. I don't know if "polyphenol" is just more advertising terminology and is actually in any supplement that extracts nutrients from vegetables into powder form, but I specifically was looking for a polyphenol blend and while the Amazon advertisement for Superfood Reds said it contained polyphenols, the bottle itself did not so I wasn't sure what to believe. In all, I didn't like the experience of using this product and for a little more money, I get all the benefits I'm looking for (clear skin, regular bowels, energy) from the Vital Reds so I'd rather pay the bit extra to get the benefits.
