Don't buy this product. I'm 37 and for the past year I've noticed my hair thinning a lot plus it's falling out in bunches. I don't even want to brush my hair because I hate seeing all the hair I'm losing. I got this product and after 3 weeks use I noticed I was losing even more hair!! I have not changed anything else in my diet, hair products or vitamins so I only assume that it would be this product. I've stopped using it and I still see the hair loss but not as much. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying this.
