This product was helpful for the 20 or so uses I got out of it until the seams broke, despite being handled gently and rarely. It literally goes straight from the freezer into a pillow case and onto my neck. It's never stored or used near anything sharp that could have punctured the pack. Now my pillow cases and couch are covered in a disgusting brownish goop that won't wash out. I planned to ask for a replacement, but after checking the new reviews it seems the company refuses to back up the warranty after the first month. This was initially a great product and I'd even ordered a second pack that is larger. Instead of waiting for it to burst and make another mess, it's going to just be easier to throw it out. Don't order this if you want a durable product that lasts more than a couple months. You'll get a few uses out of it, then it will leak all over your house. Thanks Chattanooga!
