UPDATE: as I wrote this review toasting my English muffin, for the third time I realize the heating element isn’t even working!! Sleek design. Don’t care for the fact you have to guess how long to toast something. My old toaster has light med dark spread out rather than in one inch increment. So it’s hard to gauge how long to toast something. Also it only goes up to 30 mins timer. If you are using as an oven you can’t cook more than 30 mins. My old toaster oven had no set times you would just set the kitchen timer for as long as you needed
