Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I read reviews religiously before purchasing products or services. This pillow had some great reviews. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews about the pillow “going flat quickly.” It started out great, giving me the support my neck needed. Shockingly, it lost its firm quality in a matter of weeks. Now when I lay down, the pillow becomes almost completely flat. I’m so disappointed. My search for a longer lasting cervical pillow begins again. I would not recommend this particular product.
