HP really should fire the person that came up with this idea. You must enroll in the InstaInk program just to set up the printer. Was on the line with HP Support for 2 hrs to get this printer set up. The only way it would work was to enroll and give a credit card. 2 days later I cancelled and it said I would be charged for a month of service. For 2 days???? Call #2 to get that resolved. Very next day, email said ink shipped. A day later, printer stopped printing. Call #3 to get a work around to print again. The gentleman I spoke to said 70% of his calls are for this specific model. WOW!! Support notified Corporate and they still have not responded. Way to treat your loyal customers.
