Bottle states there is a whopping 10 MG per gummy of melatonin, which is A massive amount of the hormone for sleep, and when you take it in this dosage it can give you a buzz, which is why this product has so many good reviews. What you are feeling is the melatonin, not the CBD, so if that is what you like you should buy a generic bottle of it for three dollars. God for bid you take two of these you are getting 20 MG of melatonin, which is ridiculous it only takes 2 mg to make someone really sleepy, and similar to Benadryl if you take five times the amount you need it actually gives you the jitters and a weird buzz. This is not a good way to use CBD. Definitely do not give these to young kids. Order full spectrum CBD oil and make your own gummy‘s by putting 1-3 drops of high-quality oil on to the gummy‘s of your choice. FYI, it appears a lot of these low priced CBD gummy companies add melatonin without telling us and put it in very tiny print. That is likely what is making you relax. However, most of them appear to have 1 mg-3mg of melatonin per gummy, but these actually have 10 mg!
