I was specifically upgrading an older Sabrent dock for the 10TB support as I was starting to work with bigger drives. Amazon description claims 10TB support. Put a 10TB drive into it, doesn't recognize it. Put the same drive in a different dock, works just fine. So it's the dock, not the drive. Tried to look on their website if there's a firmware update, they don't even list the product on their site anymore. So it goes on the shelf of dysfunctional cheap hardware. Not worth the hassle of returning it.
