Defective kettle and useless warranty
Electric Kettle stopped working after 5 month. Cuisinart offered to replace it under their warranty, but I have to pay for shipping both ways ($15 for one way shipping) and wait 7 to 8 business days for replacement to be shipped. Why should I pay $30 and wait so long for a defective product replacement? Low quality product and useless warranty.
