The label on Amazon is missing an important ingredient, magnesium citrate. The advertisement as well as this label doesn't indicate that Peak BioBoost+ contains 200 mg magnesium citrate per scoop. Their adverts are misleading as magnesium citrate is a laxative. If you take 2 scoops, that is 400 mg. The National Academy of Medicine recommends not exceeding 350 mg per day. More than 350 mg per day should be done under medical supervision. (October 28, 2019)
