The “2-year worry-free guarantee: if they break it, return it and we'll replace it for free. No questions asked” policy is very deceptive. I purchased 3 of these tablets over other brands because of the great 2 year warranty offered. However, 18 months later when one of my children’s tablets did break, its become a real headache to get it replaced. Multiple phone calls, being transferred 4 times on one call, and finally they are allowing me to go through the hassle of shipping it to a facility that’s going to try and repair it first. This certainly is not “replacing it with no questions asked.” They won’t even replace it when I have asked several times. Now I have to explain to my 4 year old why they will not have a tablet for weeks and her two siblings will. Very deceptive, I’m disappointed in Amazon. I recommend to others and myself will look at different brands when we purchase new tablets.
