Customer service from both dealer and company are upsetting. The customer satisfaction is not what they advertise! The boots fell apart the first day put them on. Soles and heels peeled off. Tried to get warranty and Dealer wouldn't do anything for me. Then tried to go to the company and they wouldn't do anything for me. Boots are truly awesome. I just got a bad pair from the factory.
