We had this unit, unused for a few month, in our garage. We finally opened the unit after a week of wild fire in California that made the air quality worst in the world. As soon as we start the machine, it starts to make a sound that feels like something is loose. We can see something moving and it continued to make sounds like an old car. We laughed and not sure what to do. In searching the problem, we found a YouTube video that had the exact same noise. We are putting up with it as the air is bad but it is just not right - having an old car running in the middle of my living room! Maybe a miracle will solve this horrible noise. I also went to their website and found no phone line for technical support. If anyone knows the number, please let me know. Thanks.
