Tried this detergent today on a load of towels and was dismayed with the process of using a teeny little pump to try to get the product into the washer... whoever thought it would be a good idea to use a hand-soap pumping type container for laundry detergent must not actually ever do laundry. It recommended 9 pumps for the size of the load I was washing. Not only was this basically like not using any detergent at all, it didn't leave the towels smelling like anything but - well, wet towels. I purchased this product because I wanted the experience they were trying to sell... that of a satisfying, awesomely smelling wash. So I'd say this was a FAIL for both the process and the result. I'll try it again (since I have to at least use up this not-inexpensive soap), but unless I'm doing something drastically wrong, I'm not impressed and won't be recommending it. Trust me, next wash I'm POURING it in. Hopefully it won't wreck my front loading washer. Wish me luck.
